At Ember Modern Bistro, we choose to provide quality through our choice of local ingredients & sustainability, adopting techniques both modern and classical. In effort to reduce carbon footprint, 80% of our ingredients are sourced locally with everything made in-house whilst applying in-complex cooking method. We strive to let ingredients’ flavour shine without unnecessary processing.
